The light in the bathroom and toilet does not work if you do not turn on the light in the room. What is the reason?

Remember what preceded this. Replacing chandeliers, switches, flood? In any case, consult a specialist, it will be faster and safer.

You have incorrectly conducted the disconnection, one of the power wires of the bathroom / toilet is connected to the connection point of the switch / chandelier of the hall.
Option 1: The phase wires of the bath / toilet and the hall are connected together, the zero of the bath / toilet is connected to the connection switch / chandelier of the hall.
Option 2: The zero wires of the bath / toilet and the hall are connected together, The phase of the bath / toilet is connected to the connection switch / chandelier of the hall.
The jamb is in the junction box, even if the bathroom / toilet has its own junction box.
