Why do devices buzz when plugged in?

Marina asks:
When connecting devices (to any outlet) such as: a lamp, charging from the phone, a system unit, sound equipment, etc., these devices emit extraneous noise similar to a luminous microphone. We live in a private house, there is grounding. The wiring is new. Devices are serviceable, checked in another location.
The answer to the question:
Hello! Check the voltage in the network, if it is low, then the devices may hum.
